Analysis of vehicle maintenance equipment management in straddle monorail system on Chongqing rail transit

Abstract： The straddle monorail line on Chongqing rail transit has been in operation for 15 years， in which vehicles have entered the half-life-cycle repair status， and a system for various types of vehicle maintenance equipment has formed up. Based on the operational needs， it requires continuously optimization and upgrades. Vehicle maintenance equipment of straddle monorail system in Chongqing rail transit is mainly classified into standard equipment and non-standard equipment. The configuration of all kinds of equipment corresponds to all levels of vehicle maintenance， and the management and maintenance methods of different equipment are also different. This paper introduces and analyses the management of vehicle maintenance equipment in straddle monorail system of Chongqing rail transit， and clearly classifies the grade of equipment failures and the troubleshooting methods， so that vehicle maintenance is carried out continuously， reliably and effectively.
