处在基础教育阶段的英语教学，应面向全体学生，满足不同的需求，注重素质教育，突出学生主体，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。学生在学习中存在智力、兴趣性格、态度、语言基础能力、学习方式等方面的差异，因此在教学中我试着根据不同学生个体的差异，对他们提出不同的要求。比如对差生，我尽量用难度适中的问题问他们，尽量让他们回答有把握的问题，当他们回答正确时我总会说“Very good”如果回答错误我也会说“Thank you all the same.”以表示鼓励。这样他们会因信心大增，加强了参与意识，逐渐消除畏惧心理。面对优生，我则对他们提高要求。

首先，根据学生实际，做好初高中英语知识及教学的衔接。
在教学沙龙课堂上，通过与我省其他学校英语教师的交流，我认为铜川市陕煤一中普通班的"英语教学方法值得我们借鉴，具体做法是：先进行一周的语音教学，以便于学生自己学习单词的读音，减轻教师课堂上逐一进行单词语音教学，教师只教授一些特殊的，重点的单词读音，这样就大大节省单词教学时间。接下来有重点的教学初二，初三的词汇，语法，句型及情景交际知识。这样做，看起来是占用了高中教学时间，实际上却是节省了时间：在教授初中知识时，学生既复习巩固了以前的知识，又在一个月内慢慢适应了高中教师的教学方式，完成了初高中知识与学习的衔接，学生不知不觉自然而然的进入了高中学习过程。在接下来的教学中，陕煤一中的毕丹老师强调，一定不能快马加鞭的赶课，而是一步一个脚印，扎扎实实，稳扎稳打的进行必修模块的英语教学，否则就前功尽弃了。毕丹老师说，必修模块教学，一定不能贪多求快，选修模块可有挑选的教学，为必修模块教学腾出时间。我们问她这样教学的效果如何，毕丹老师答，根据她们学校两年的教学实践看，学生基本上英语成绩比以往能提高十分左右。目前她们学校这种教法还在继续实践，在实际教学中还在继续完善。我觉得这样教学是否更适合我们的学情。
其次，我校英语教学做到有效整合教材，不能课本上一切全教：
担任此次培训课程的郭继荣教授，是一名资深的我省高考命题人，根据他参与命题的感受，他给我们中学教师的忠告是：考纲是高考命题的范围，命题绝不会越雷池半步，陕西省高考词汇是3200，考点就那么多，考纲上阐明的很清楚，而且三年内的陕西省及全国高考考点高考命题是不会考虑的。因此我们的教学是否可以根据郭教授的思路，参考考纲进行教材整合，做到词汇的删减以及知识的整合。教材整合得当，教学的针对性会大大提高，我们就可以少教，学生就可以少学，学生的学业负担就可以减轻，教学效果就会更高。
最后，教学要用多种方法激发学生兴趣：
我们英语教学比较枯燥，我校学生大部分词汇量不过关，因此课堂教学手段必须更新，用灵活多样的教学方法，组织学生进行广泛的语言实践活动，设计有趣的教学活动，激发学生的兴趣。兴趣是学习最好的老师，一个成功的英语教师要在教学中有意识地培养学生对英语的持久兴趣，激励学生不断处于极佳的学习状态之中，使他们对英语乐学，善学，会学。最终，达到提高英语教学效果的目的。

这几天学校集中给我们培训了高中新课改，让我们提前了解新课改的内容，理解新课改的理念，各学科的模块设置，课改后的教学模式，对学生的评价方法。通过这次的培训，尤其是听完孙坚教授讲解了新课改的所面临的形势，机遇和挑战后，我真是受益匪浅，从中得到了很多的启示和深深的思考。
此次我组的培训学习主要是针对高中英语必修和选修模块的阐述，内容侧重于选修模块的开设，校本培训课程的开发。要求我们跳出传统英语学习的旧框框，接受新课改的教学理念，重在培养学生自主学习的能力，为他们今后的发展奠定坚实的基础。新课改的几天的培训很快就结束了，我得到以下几点感悟与体会：
新形势下教学时间的减少，我想这是在课改过程中每一位教师都会遇到的问题。在知识讲解过程中，如果知识点讲解过多，害怕时间不够充分，学生不能够很好的理解所讲知识，相应的听说能力也不会得到很好的锻炼；如果讲解过少，又怕学生不会运用，一到考试，分数变低，所以很难处理这种矛盾。面对这种形势，我们一定要有足够的心理准
备，我们不能“穿新鞋走老路”。一定要改变这种状况!改，不一定在短时间内有效果，但不改一定是没有效果的。
如何既能让学生听说能力得到锻炼、理解知识，又能让学生健康(身体与心理的健康)地成长为一个具有高度的爱国主义，集体主义精神的了解世界的国际公民，这是新形势下英语课程改革的核心，也是英语课程改革地瓶颈。
首先作为一名教师本身就应该有一种“健康育人，全面教育”的观念。如果教师本身没有这种观念，这种育人意识，你就不会很好地关注学生身心健康的发展，不会很好地注重整体教育。在英语教学中能够把“爱己，爱家，爱国”的思想润物于无声地让学生在一定时期内形成自己的一种体会，内化在自己的心灵深处。
其次，作为一名英语教师不仅应该具有很高的专业知识与技能，同时也要有涉略与了解各学科之间的能力，并能很好地“寓教育于教学之中”。
再次，英语教师本身要有良好的搜集材料，运用资料的能力。搜集资料并不仅仅指搜集有关本科目教材的资料，也要搜集一些有益于学生身心健康成长与发展的教育资料，也可以通过自身的经历与体验，“寓教育于教育之中”。

训会议。培训期间听取了省教研室何峰*、省通州中学特级教师张淳老师等专家的精彩报告和讲座，进行了一天的跟岗培训以及扬州和泰州两个大市知名教师的问题交流，收获颇丰。印象最为深刻的是省特级教师龚海*老师的一场讲座------《全语言教学理论与中学英语教学》，给我启迪颇多。
为什么大学毕业生再做高考英语试题，答题的正确率反而不及高中毕业生？为什么初三学生升入高一以后的第一个月再做中考英语试题，答题的正确率反而不及原来参加初中毕业考试的正确率？为什么学了很多年英语的人，最后只会说那么几句英语日常用语？为什么一个人大学毕业以后，如果不从事涉及英语的工作，最后基本上什么英语都不会了？
全语言教学理论主张我们教师要树立正确的语言观、学习观和教学观。在秉承语言是思维和交际的媒介的思想同时，认为不能仅仅为了学习一种语言而学习这种语言，学习语言就要学习这个语言所承载的文化，还是为了更好地学习其他方面的知识，也是为了更好地学习其他语言。强调语言本身是一个整体，是不可以被肢解成语音、词汇、语法规则、句式结构等若干个互不相干的语言单位的，否则就破坏了语言的整体性。必须保持语言的整体性，使学生沉浸于通过有目的地运用语言来发挥语言的功能和满足学生的需要。要让学生用语言；要让学生去谈论他们需要理解的事情；要告知学生既可以提问，也可以听回答，还可以就问题作出相应的反应和提出新的问题；要建议学生写那些他们身边的看得见、摸得着和亲历的事情，以便与他人分享；要鼓励学生通过阅读获取信息，正确处置和应对身边的语言信息，享受所阅读的每一个故事。
学生们学到的那些抽象的只言片语会因为其支离破碎很快就会被遗忘掉。语言是整体的、不可割裂的。语言的整体总是大于部分之和。语言只有是整体的时候才是语言。由下而上的观点，人为规定语言技能培养顺序的观点，为学语言而学语言的.聚焦错位，无趣、无意义、与学生的生活经验无关联的课堂教学，会使得语言学习非常困难；而与学生的生活经验相关联、有目的、有意义、激活学生学习潜力，尊重学生，建立在学生已有生活经验、现有语言能力和知识水*基础之上的课堂教学，会使得语言学习比较容易。
只有尊重与理解语言学习的规律，才能尊重和理解语言教学的规律。我们教师应该不断建构和重组自己的知识体系和科学体系，并在教学中践行之。应该了解语言、学习、学生、课程和教学法，对自己的成败负起责任。在课堂教学中应该在对自己充满自信的同时，对学生抱有信心和留有期待，选择最有效的教学方法、提供学生最适合的语言材料，并对学生的学习表现作客观的过程性评价。

在这次学校组织的新课改学习当中，作为一名年轻的英语教师的我，收获颇丰。以下面是我的一点心得体会。
《普通高中英语课程标准（实验）》精辟地阐述了新一轮英语教学改革的新思路。要求面向全体学生，突出以学生为主体的地位，尊重学生，爱护学生，充分考虑学生的兴趣、爱好、家庭背景及个性差异。彻底改变“精英教育”，“填鸭式教育”和“应试教育”，在课堂上要尽力创设一种友好的、积极的、宽松的课堂气氛，以消除学生的焦虑情绪。耐心倾听并理解学生的不连贯、甚至不达意的英文句子，就像母亲倾听婴儿牙牙学语一样；让学生在使用语言的过程中，感受语言，理解语言和运用语言，这样学生的语言能力就会不断提高，学生的创新意识才能得到培养。有美国学者在谈到培养学生的创造力时说，要：
创设一种气氛，使每个学生感觉到他们被尊重

调动学生的学习积极性的几点看法：
1、英语教学活动要面向全体学生，充分发挥学生的主体作用 课堂教学是在教师的组织和指导下，学生积极参与配合的过程，以学生为中心是这个过程的出发点。因此，组织课堂教学既要充分发挥教师的主导作用，又要切实体现学生的主体地位。学生的主动性和积极性是决定教学质量的关键，而教师的主导作用又决定着学生的兴趣浓淡、主动性和积极性的高低。要给学生创造恰当的英语环境，让学生充分接触英语、运用英语，力争最大限度地为学生创造显示才能、发挥才智的英语环境，使学生始终保持学习英语过程中的主动状态、主动观察、主动思维、主动回答，使教学过程本身成为以学生为主体的听、说、读、写等能力能力培养和提高的有效阶段。
2、老师要灵活运用有效的教学方法
有效地英语教学方法和教学手段是形成最佳课堂气氛的重要保证，是教师个人创造性与教育艺术性表现的主要形式。教师要根据教学内容、教学目的、教学对象和实际条件，个人的教学风格和特长，确定不同的教学方法。在处理知识与技能的关系上，对重点、难点、关键性的知识，要精讲多练，引导学生拓宽思路，广开言路，使课堂气氛既热烈又严肃，让学生在愉快的气氛中，既掌握了知识，又发展了语言运用能力。
3、要尽量保持*等和谐的师生关系
良好的师生关系有利于形成良好课堂气氛。学生对教师的人格态度、专业水*、教学方法、甚至对某一问题的看法，都会自觉不自觉
地进行评价，教师应热爱每个学生，尊重每个学生，关心每个学生，对学生一视同仁；不要因为学生的成绩优劣、性别、出身等的不同而产生亲疏和偏向。提问题或组织课堂活动，机会要尽量均等，尤其要注意多给那些自卑感强的差生有表现的机会，以增强他们学习的自信心。课堂上，教师要环视教室，关注每个学生，不能让部分学生感到冷落。学生经常感到教师对自己的爱、关心和尊重，便会被激发出健康的情感，变得生气勃勃，产生积极的学习动机，在和谐的气氛中学习知识，培养能力。
以上就是我这段时间学习的感悟，在今后的教学中，我将树立一些新的观念，并努力去实践：
1．新教学观念。通过学习和新课改的不断实施，我认识到教学的本质是教与学的双边活动，教学是交流的过程，是探究的过程，是师生合作、互动的过程，它不再是教师单向的讲解。课堂教学关注的应是学生健全人格的培养;
2．新课程观念。通过学习和实践，我认识到课程是体验和感受，是教师、学生、教材、环境的整合，教材不再是教学内容的全部，而是教学内容的代表与示范，要开发教材以外的教学内容。教材不是教学内容的唯一载体，课堂也不是学生获取知识的唯一场所，教师更不是学生获取知识的唯一指导者，教师要用教材教而不是教教材。
3．新学生观念。课堂教学中，学生是学习的主体，每个学生都是有独立的，是发展的主体。教师要尊重学生，承认不同学生具有独特性，并为其创造成功的机会，教师要树立学生学习的主体意识，相
信学生，热爱学生，相信每位学生都有发展的潜力，都有进步的愿望，都可以获得成功。
4．新教师观念。通过新课改的探索，教师是教学的组织者、指导者，是学生学习的参与者，是学生创新精神的培养者，而不再是高高在上的“权威者”。
5．新评价观念。通过新课改，我认识到评价的目的不是对学生进行选拔甄别，而是为了促进学生在原有水*上的发展与提高。我将在学生的评价方面作了大量的尝试：检测试卷做到两杜绝、五体现，即杜绝偏题、怪题，杜绝内容简单、罗列；试题形式体现多样化、试题内容体现生活化，试题难易度体现层次化，试题答案体现多元化，试题结构体现综合化。
总之，通过新课改实践，经我们的体会是：教师培训是关键，教育理念是基础，教育方法改革是重点，评价改革是动力。我要和大家说的最后一句话是：新课改赋予我们广大教师的既是机遇又是挑战。

今年暑假8月5日，我们高二英语老师参加了学校举行的高二英语新教材的培训，听取了很多专题讲座，以及教案的交流和讨论，感受很深，收获很多。专家们的讲座以及优秀课例，使我们得以从理论的高度了解新课程改革的必要性和重要性，同时也得以从感性上了解新课程理念下的课堂教学，从而得以重新理性地反省与审视自己的教育教学观和教学策略。
通过学习，我们体会到使用的这套新教材具有如下特点：探究性、实践性、趣味性、人文性、评价性、灵活性。了解这些特点的同时我们也感觉到了承担新课程教学的压力，新课程改革对教师素质提出了更新、更高的要求。
培训的具体体会：
1、教师在新课程中的角色应是：课程价值的思考者、学科专业的播种者、学生发展的促进者、合作探究的协作者、资源保障的服务者、终身发展的示范者。高中教师的专业生活方式应该为学习研究--实践--反思--合作。
2、高中新课程需要用“心”体味——情感、态度、理念;需要用“新”开发——知识、能力、智慧;需要用“辛”付出——学习、积累、转化;需要用“薪”支持——资源、设备、鼓励，对新课程“真学、真信、真懂、真用”。高中新课程将改变高中学生的学习生活，影响着学生的终身发展;高中新课程也将改变高中教师的教育生活，教师将与新课程同行，与学生共同成长。
3、关于新教材的备课：不仅为“教”而设计，更要为“学”而设计。具体为：

过分重视基础知识和基本技能，轻视过程与方法，学生的情感、态度、价值观等方面。学生缺乏对于教学内容、学习时间的自主支配。知识要求一步到位。重视语言知识和语言技能，轻视情感态度、学习策略和文化意识。重视知识传授，轻视学生自我学习;重视词组、句型、语法，轻视学习方法、阅读策略、资源策略、认知策略、调控策略、交际策略。重做题，轻思考。对课堂教学的科学性、思想性、人文性、艺术性(可欣赏、回味、引发兴趣)、实效性的关注不够。备课方面，重视备教材，轻视备学生--不同学生，一个要求。
所以，我们要转变教育教学的方式。要注重学生实际，从学生的学习、生活实际出发，从学生的学习爱好、生活乐趣着手，为学生营造一个轻松愉快的学习气氛，寓乐于教。要不断反思和修正自己的教学行为并采取开放的教学姿态，教师之间、师生之间都应加强沟通和交流，共同探讨提高教学质量的途径。必须提高自身专业素质。新课程对学生提出了更高的综合语言运用能力的目标。教师的综合语言运用能力的高低，直接影响了学生相关的能力的提高和新课程目标的实现。必须不断提高自身的`综合语言运用能力，学习新的知识，发展新的教学策略，研究如何帮助学生形成有效的学习策略和文化知识，通过英语课程促进学生积极的情感和价值观的形成。要树立新的学生观和教学观。新课程要求教师转变角色，重新熟悉师生关系，重视学生的发展，尊重学生的情感，鼓励学生的个性，以责任和爱心为学生的成长服务，以科学的教育方法赋予青年一代在未来社会的生存能力。要求自己在今后的教学中做到与学生共成长,不断追求新的自我。
高中英语培训心得5
昨天，我去灌南第二中学参加了市高中青年教师成长论坛的集训。一开始听说在灌南，路途遥远，还没有东海直达灌南的车，要经过新浦转车，又无同伴，有些打退堂鼓，但是参加了活动才知道，这种活动是实在的，能够促进自己的专业成长，因此累一点也值得。
论坛的活动采取讲座+笔试+即兴演讲+粉笔字的形式，现场做，现场打分。我虽然是第一次参加集训，但是各项目的测试还是都合格的，但是看那些以前集训过有准备的老师的精彩表现，我觉得自己要更加努力才好。经过一天的培训，我有如下感想：
一、 教师要有一颗热爱这份职业的心，要有理想，有追求，有进取心，才能在个人的专业发展方面取得成就。比如赵继光老师，年纪轻轻的，就成为名人，取得如此巨大的教科研成就，非常值得学习。我觉得赵老师之所以取得这些成绩，与他对教科研工作的热爱是分不开的，百分之一的灵感加上百分之九十九的汗水绝对是取得成功的前提。
二、 教师要有广博的知识才能游刃有余。张芸老师的即兴演讲给我留下了深刻的印象。张老师不仅口语好，态度自然，思维敏捷逻辑性强，而且体态、手势、眼神等都非常棒，在演讲的过程中旁征博引，针对时事，思路开阔，我觉得这与张老师的见识广博是分不开的。我自己初次在很多人面前即兴演讲，因此有些紧张，表情有些僵硬，放不开，还有双手抱在胸前有自我保护的意识，都是不自信的表现。知道了自己的缺点，才能对症下药，期待下次有更好的表现。
三、 教师要有对自己的专业的深度思考，演讲要有深度、要有依据，要通透。只有经过深度的思考，演讲的才能打动人、说服人，让人折服。演讲要通透，在这样才有说服力，当然冰冻三日非一日之寒，这需要教师多读书，读书多了，自然就能厚积薄发，才能有征服人心的力量。
四、 丰富的实践是取得胜利的法宝。不论是即兴演讲还是粉笔字，只有经过反复的练习和现场模拟，才能有现场感，真正临战才能不慌不忙，从容应对。
对于实战，我虽然经过基本功大赛，但是成绩并不令人满意，现在我知道了问题的症结，一定好好好的努力，尤其是在即兴演讲的体态、表情、逻辑、主题语音语调等方面下功夫，如果再有机会，争取给自己交上一封满意的答卷。
